Strobe Talbott

 

Strobe Talbott was a White House correspondent for TIME magazine during President Gerald R. Ford’s presidency. He also covered President Ford during the 1976 presidential election. Talbott would later serve as Deputy Secretary of State under President Bill Clinton. He is currently the President of the Brookings Institution and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
