BIOGRAPHY

Nathan Miller currently serves at the White House on the National Security Council and the National Economic Council as a member of the international economic directorate.

Prior to his current role, he served in leadership positions at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation and its predecessor the Overseas Private Investment Corporation. While there he promoted private sector investment around the globe and oversaw the agency’s strategic initiatives in the Middle East and North Africa.

Earlier in his career he served in roles at leading management consulting firms, served as counsel in the U.S. Senate and held the appointment of Assistant Administrator of the U.S. Small Business Administration where he advocated for a pro-growth agenda for America’s businesses.

Born and raised in Michigan, Miller earned a scholarship from the University of Michigan and was a member of the football team, where he helped lead the team to a National Championship. He holds a Juris Doctorate and has studied international banking and finance in Sweden.

He and his wife Kelly are active in their community and enjoy spending time with their son.
