Reegan Van Dam
Events Coordinator; Project Manager for Ford Leadership Forum
Reegan Van Dam serves as the Foundation’s Events Coordinator and Project Manager for the Ford Leadership Forum, joining the organization in July 2022. She leads the planning and execution of events, ensuring a consistently high standard of quality and a seamless experience for speakers and guests.
In her role with the Ford Leadership Forum, Reegan coordinates programming for the Ford Fellows Program, manages event logistics, and oversees production of the weekly Observer newsletter. Her work supports the Forum’s mission to foster thoughtful dialogue and meaningful engagement.
Reegan graduated from Davenport University with highest honors, earning a Bachelor of Business degree. She brings a strong foundation in business, along with a detail-oriented and collaborative approach to her work.
Outside of the office, Reegan enjoys hiking, spending time on the water, and being with family and friends.
