A Conversation on Civility & Collegiality

The Gerald R. Ford Presidential Foundation co-hosted a live bipartisan virtual discussion, “A Conversation on Civility and Collegiality,” featuring U.S. Representatives Debbie Dingell and Fred Upton during their visit to Grand Rapids on Tuesday, Aug. 18, 2020. The event also included Bill Pink, president of Grand Rapids Community College, who moderated the conversation, as well as Mike Ford, son of President Gerald R. Ford and Betty Ford, and chair of the Foundation; and Mike Jandernoa, policy chair of West Michigan Policy Forum.

The discussion about the importance of civility and collegiality in today’s society was co-sponsored by the West Michigan Policy Forum, Grand Rapids Chamber and Southwest Michigan First.
